Download videos directly from safari

I decided to start a new video series on youtube of various tips for os x, the first tip is about how to download videos directly from safari without having to use any extra software or websites all you have to do is click “Window” oh the menu bar and then go to activity, once you have found your video file double click it and safari will download it. One note tho is if you want the video in a different format i will post my recommendation for software and a website that will convert the file for free.
